Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations


Under the 2013 Consumer Contracts Regulations, a customer has the right to cancel an order from the time that the order is placed until 14 days from the date that the goods are received.

To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to cancel a Contract is to call us on 028 2766 3265 however you can send a completed cancellation form found in the Terms and Conditions section of our website. Email us at or by post to RETURNS DEPARTMENT c/o Cordners, 8-10 Main Street, Ballymoney, BT53 6AL, Northern Ireland. If you are e-mailing us or writing to us please include details of your order to help us to identify it. If you send us your cancellation by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail or post the letter to us. 

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been received, please ensure that the item(s) is returned to us, unworn and in a re-sellable condition within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.



Christmas 2023 Extension to Returns Period:

Any order placed from 11th November 2023 to 24th December 2023 has until Monday 8th January 2024 to return for a full refund or exchange.*

* Please be advised we will not accept any return that falls under our Christmas Returns Policy after this date.


Want to return your order? No problem! You can return your items to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange any items that are damaged or altered in any way as this will void any rights to refund or exchange.
The items including any labels attached need to be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. If the shoes have been returned to and are not in good condition have the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs on wear.
Please use the bag your shoes were delivered in to return your goods. All returned items must be packaged correctly - do not tape/write on the shoe boxes.
When returning your order, we must insist you obtain a certificate for 'proof of postage' which is available at the time of posting. This is your proof should any returned items go missing and should be kept in a safe place until you have received your refund.
Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a returns form. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of being received and will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 days subject to bank clearing times.

Please note that returned items cannot be returned in-store.



Please follow the Returns procedure on your delivery documentation for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction.


Faulty Products

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you experience a problem with your order please contact us by email at or telephone us on 028 2766 3265. You will be asked to provide a photograph of the fault so that the defect can be assessed. Unfortunately, our returns policy does not cover wear and tear, or other damage that is not a manufacturing defect. 
We will accept the return of a faulty item if the product is reported within 14 days of your order.  
For defects reported between 30 days and 6 months after purchase please contact us by email at or by telephone us on 028 2766 3265.
Our Returns Policy does not cover goods beyond 6 months after purchase. 
Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/sequins/jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.

A working week is Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Any items purchased with a 50% or more discount code or any items in the sale section are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return unless faulty.
